Overview
The Supervisor, Brand Experience (BE) manages the day-to-day media planning for their assigned account(s) / brands. They leverage their experience, knowledge, and skills to push fresh thinking to address client, agency, and team needs with the assistance of the senior staff. They work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans. The Supervisor helps develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, implementation and execution of digital and traditional media plans with heavy collaboration across digital, TV, social, and programmatic ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs
- Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams, and leadership
- Assist with planning initiatives including ideation, deckwriting, budget and channel allocation, audience development, scheduling and establishing benchmarks for control
- Client Budgets :
Manage client budgets, flowcharts, and the media authorization process, ensuring compliance and clear internal team and client communication.
Support strategic solutions, audience outcomes, and senior brand experience team members in developing holistic paid, owned, and earned media strategies (e.g., audience approach, communications strategy, channel allocation, media flighting).
Develop and maintain team timelines for deliverables, ensuring effective communication of project updates and challenges.

Compensation Range : $59,850 - $78,800 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
