About the job Cardiology APP
Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Resurrection Medical Center to support our cardiology team! This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity cardiac care setting alongside board-certified cardiologists, providing outpatient and limited inpatient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Position Details :
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group.
- Full time | Dayshift schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
- Limited weekends or call
- Conduct patient assessments and cardiac evaluations
- Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, and post-MI care
- Assist with medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education
- Collaborate with cardiologists to monitor and adjust treatment plans
- Support post-discharge follow-up and transitional care
- Collegial work environment with advanced technologies and excellent support staff
