Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

Position : Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and deliver excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
• Manage schedules and coordinate appointments seamlessly.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the hiring process, including screening and onboarding new caregivers.
• Cover shifts as a caregiver when needed, providing direct care and support to clients.
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
• Home health experience and employee scheduling expertise are essential for this role.
