Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Operations Rockstar at Amada Senior Care of Dallas. The Home Care Operations Rockstar will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including management of home care assistance, personal care assistance, communication with clients, caregiving, and elder care support.

The role will involve working closely with the team to ensure high-quality care and positive experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• Home care experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Top-tier computer literacy, competency and problem-solving aptitude
• Demonstrated ability and emotional intelligence to manage office personnel and caregiving team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Certifications in senior care services are beneficial
