About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Client CIO Group. This senior investment professional will play a pivotal role in the intersection of investment strategy and client partnership, serving as a trusted advisor to boards and investment committees. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding long-term asset allocation, portfolio construction, and governance decisions, and must be adept at engaging in sophisticated dialogue around markets, private markets, and liquidity planning. Key responsibilities include leading a defined portfolio of institutional client relationships, advising on investment policy, and partnering with internal investment teams to ensure the alignment of strategy and execution. The role also involves contributing to thought leadership initiatives and requires a commitment to continuous improvement, as well as the ability to mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or relevant professional certification such as CFA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' institutional investment experience is required, with a strong background in advising clients on asset allocation and portfolio strategy.
