Help Move Cases Forward and Change Lives

At Parmele Disability Advocates, we help individuals obtain the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve. Behind every successful outcome is a team of professionals working diligently to ensure cases continue moving through the process efficiently and accurately.

As a Client Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in monitoring claim progress, verifying information, and serving as a liaison between our firm and the Social Security Administration (SSA). Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly support our clients during one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

If you enjoy investigative work, organization, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

No Experience? We'll Train You.

Prior experience in Social Security Disability or legal services is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow a career in legal support, claims administration, healthcare operations, insurance, or case management.

What You'll Do

As a Client Support Representative, you'll help ensure client cases remain accurate, current, and progressing through the disability process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the Social Security Administration (SSA).
  • Monitor and verify claim statuses to ensure timely case progression.
  • Review case records and identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential delays.
  • Investigate and resolve claim status issues through research and follow-up with appropriate parties.
  • Monitor important deadlines and prepare routine correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case documentation within the firm's systems.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
  • Perform administrative and case support tasks to assist with overall case management operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies regarding sensitive client information.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are curious, organized, and motivated to solve problems while helping clients receive the benefits they deserve.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support, claims processing, insurance, healthcare, legal services, banking, or customer service.
  • Experience reviewing records, tracking statuses, or managing workflows.
  • Experience working with government agencies or highly regulated environments.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

Successful Client Support Representatives are:

  • Detail-Oriented: They notice inconsistencies and ensure records remain accurate.
  • Problem Solvers: They enjoy researching issues and finding solutions.
  • Organized: They effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Persistent: They follow through to ensure cases continue moving forward.
  • Adaptable: They are comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Team Players: They collaborate well while also thriving in independent work.
