Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to be the dynamic, friendly face of our clinical team. This role is a perfect blend of hands-on patient care, strategic clinic supervisor, and team mentorship. We're looking for someone who can manage with a firm but fair hand, lead with enthusiasm, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in to help the team.

Your day-to-day adventures :

• Lead by example : Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, including Medical Assistants and administrative staff, with a focus on high morale, productivity, and top-notch patient care.
• Mentor and grow : Take an active role in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of the clinical staff. You'll be their mentor, coach, and biggest cheerleader.
• Collaborate and communicate : Foster strong, professional, and friendly relationships with our providers, administrative staff, and, most importantly, our patients. You'll be the bridge that ensures seamless communication between all parts of the clinic.
• Set the standard : Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure we are always compliant with healthcare regulations and delivering the highest quality of care.
• Jump in clinically : Maintain your clinical expertise and provide direct patient care when needed. Whether it's giving an immunization or assisting with a procedure, you're always ready to support the team.
• Resolve with a smile : Address and resolve patient issues and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. We believe that a happy team leads to healthy patients.
