Description
The Clinical Staff Supervisor is critical in coordinating and managing the clinical support team, as well as overseeing clinical workflows and activities in the clinic. As a key member of the clinic leadership, this role ensures that nursing standards are upheld and brings a professional nursing perspective to the team. You will supervise the care provided by clinical support staff and lead initiatives to enhance the quality and skills of the clinical team. Your leadership will ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner, while being sensitive to the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients. You will also ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington).
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical expertise in triage principles and patient assessment.
- Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
