Job Title Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist Department Student Services, College of Nursing - 35600 Pay Grade 8 Job Category Support Staff Job Summary

The ETSU College of Nursing, Office of Student Services, provides assistance to prospective, HPNU -Nursing Interest, and current Nursing students. Services include general program information, academic advising, registration assistance, change of major, and providing resources for academic success.

The Office of Student Services is currently seeking a full-time permanent Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist. The Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for data entry and maintenance of clinical healthcare requirements into the Project Concert system.

  • Ability to use interpersonal communication effectively.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to establish and maintain functional professional working relationships with students, staff, faculty and the public.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, direct and evaluate policies and procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to apply skills in accomplishing goals and objectives.

  • Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and
  • Three (3) years of experience reviewing medical documents.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree.
  • Current certification or license in the healthcare field (i.e., CMA , CNA , or LPN ).
  • Salary based on experience
