Influents Innovations products and services are developed in collaboration with in-house researchers as well as scientists at universities and other research centers throughout the country ().

The employees across both organizations include nationally recognized research scientists, mental health therapists and clinicians, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, methodologists, data analysts, data managers, research assistants, digital media designers and producers, project managers, software architects, developers, and administrative staff.

  • Ability to accept responsibility, and to show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification. Not all strong candidates will. People who identify as being from historically marginalized and/or underrepresented groups are more likely to experience imposter syndrome and doubt the strength of their candidacy. We urge you not to eliminate yourself prematurely.

We offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment where contributions are rewarded and recognized. We offer an opportunity to engage in projects that use science to transform people's lives.
