Job description
A company is looking for a Principal Systems Programmer to drive innovation in data science and architect scalable programming solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design data systems to support health research projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Lead teams in developing innovative data solutions using various programming tools within CMS environments
Provide strategic oversight of data management and analytics pipelines, including governance and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 11 years of progressive experience in programming health data
Experience using Medicare and Medicaid data within CMS environments
Proven track record of leading large-scale data projects and teams
Deep experience with data privacy regulations and secure computing environments
