Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill TIG Welder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets. Job Title : TIG Welder Pay Rate : $22-$24 per hour Location : Phoenix, Arizona Schedule : Monday-Friday, 1st and 2nd Shifts Responsibilities : Perform brazing operations to join metal components. Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards. Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or metalworking environment – stainless steel, aluminum, steel. Must pass a welding test. Proficient in welding techniques and processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to read a tape measure.
