Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels. You will play a key role in content development, coordination of campaigns, and communication planning.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing communication strategies and plans
Coordinate with internal teams to produce clear, consistent messaging
Draft, proofread, and edit internal memos, press releases, and client updates
Organize and maintain content calendars and communication schedules
Support event planning and coordination of outreach efforts
Ensure brand tone and guidelines are applied across all communication materials
Monitor communication effectiveness and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
