Life Insurance Advisor (W2) – Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

We're looking for licensed, goal-driven life insurance agents who are passionate about helping Americans protect what matters most. In this full-time W2 role, you’ll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs.

You’ll own your performance targets and play a key role in driving client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals who thrive in a structured, performance-based environment—and who want to do it all remotely.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming sale call opportunities
• Connect with new and current clients to ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships
• Resolve any client inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing
• Ability to sell in multiple states
• Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of ownership, accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
• Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Must have high-speed internet
• Basic knowledge Google docs, Microsoft Office

ISI Advisor Job DAILY Description:

-30 Minute Pre-shift Meeting

• Cameras are required to be on at all times
• Personal work area must be free from distractions

-88% or More Productive Time

• In ready
• Talk Time
• Training or Meeting (example Pre-Shift)

-Over 75% Talk Time Hours

-AVG 10 Live Transfers Daily

-Follow Sales systems to close sales

-Utilize I-APP program to properly quote customers

• Input all client Information Appropriately
• Play all Questions
• Play all disclosures

-Document all answers appropriately following all life insurance guidelines and regulations

-Present appropriate life insurance products and services with clarity and compliance

-Participate in ongoing coaching & individual development sessions

-Participate in group coaching and development sessions

-Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards

-Must be available to work all shifts in full

-Must be responsive in company communication including emails and Slack Direct Messaging

-Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance

-Meet All Sales Floor Minimum Requirements

Physical Demands

This is a remote, primarily sedentary position. The physical demands of the role include:

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods.
• Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and computer use.
• Ability to maintain a suitable home work environment that supports safe and effective remote work.

Remote Work Environment

• Ability to maintain a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office environment conducive to focused work and confidential client conversations.
• Ability to protect sensitive, confidential, and personal information by maintaining a secure and private workspace and following all company privacy and information security requirements.
• Ability to ensure reliable internet connectivity and a workspace that supports consistent productivity and professional communication.

• Windows 11 or MacOS 15 Sequoia or Tahoe
• Hardwired Connection 20mb DL and 10mb UL Speed Minimum

• A monitor (must have at least 2 screens)

Please note that there will also be a BASIC SKILL TEST (basic Computer Applications and Technology test) during the Interview process.
