Responsibilities :
- On-Site Management
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Coordination of Trades
- Managing and coordinating the activities of various subcontractors and trades to ensure efficient workflow and avoid conflicts.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and complies with local regulations and building codes.
- Safety Management
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe work environment for all personnel, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
- Scheduling
- Developing and maintaining the construction schedule, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that any delays are addressed promptly.
- Communication
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication regarding project status and issues.
- Problem-Solving
- Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between trades, material shortages, or design discrepancies.
- Document Management
- Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and change orders.
- Inspection and Compliance
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Supervision
- Providing guidance and training to on-site personnel to promote best practices in construction and safety.
