Project Coordinator Construction
This Houston-based company is a premier, full-service commercial real estate firm with +25 years of industry experience. It offers expertise in investment and development strategies, shopping center and build-to-suit projects, leasing, tenant representation, property management, land transactions, and asset dispositions.
Job Description
Act as the primary contact for all construction-related administrative tasks. Manage project documentation and reporting through Procore, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and schedule construction meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Oversee budgets and pay applications (AIA G702 / G703) in collaboration with Finance and Accounting. Handle vendor coordination and contract management, including procurement and invoice processing.

The Successful Applicant
Proficient in Procore and construction management software; experienced with AIA G702 / G703 pay applications. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Skilled in vendor coordination and contract management. Detail-oriented and capable of interpreting architectural drawings. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of construction administration experience.
