The Sr. Electrical Project Manager will provide overall management for multiple large projects, planning, scheduling, adjusting, and maintaining timelines in a fast-paced construction / installation environment while maximizing resources and optimizing budgets.

Role Responsibilities
- Define project scope, set team goals, and clarify team roles.
- Create the organizational structure and assign roles for the project team.
- Review job estimates and manage construction estimates for budgeting.
- Prepare layout and construction drawings.
- Ensure plans and specifications comply with project requirements.
- Develop project budgets, cost codes, and assist in preparing technical proposals.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Review and process construction contracts; issue sub-contracts as needed.
- Plan and manage the procurement of construction materials.
- Use communication skills to supervise, manage, or train team members.
- Foster good communication and a healthy work environment, addressing any employee issues.
- Develop project schedules, assign resources, and forecast needs.
- Present detailed project scopes to clients and prepare proposals.
- Maintain complete project documentation including plans, costs, schedules, and job folders.
- Conduct weekly onsite cost surveys with field personnel.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and determine manpower needs.
- Conduct necessary project meetings and report on delays or accelerations for cost reimbursement.
- Accurately report project costs and prepare monthly billings and job cost analysis.
- Manage project close-out with General Contractors and follow up on internal closeout tasks.
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, owners, and internal partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments through reading and professional associations.
