Prepare detailed credit memorandums with recommendations for loan committees. Collaborate with loan officers and relationship managers to structure and monitor loans. Conduct regular reviews of loan portfolios, ensuring compliance and risk management. Stay current on market trends, industry risks, and regulatory updates. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis , lending, or a related banking role preferred. Proficiency in financial modeling and credit risk management tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A hybrid work model allowing you to work from both home 1 day a week and the office 4 days. Flexibility to live in St. Louis, MO, or Albuquerque, NM while working for a leading financial institution.
