Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience. A proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively while building strong relationships. Familiarity with the building materials, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Ability to learn Marvin's systems and apply product knowledge to devise customer solutions. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - Train dealer partners on Marvin's Order Management software, products, and warranty processes via virtual or in-person sessions.
- Take ownership of customer interactions from initiation to resolution, providing solutions that align with Marvin's policies and service standards.
- Support the onboarding process for new dealers and partners, aiding in account setup and initial training.

Compensation : $23.48 - $29.36 per hour, dependent on experience.
