Job description
A company is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer 1 to support a mission-critical Team Awareness Kit (TAK) Server environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee implementation of cybersecurity controls aligned with FISMA High, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, and FedRAMP High
Develop and maintain RMF artifacts and support the Authority to Operate (ATO) process
Provide technical direction to Cyber Security Specialists and advise on secure architectures for cloud deployments
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 16-18 years of experience in lieu of a degree
12-14 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with an associate's degree or 8-10 years with a bachelor's degree
Experience with NIST 800-53 security controls, RMF and ATO processes, and FISMA High or FedRAMP environments
Experience securing cloud-hosted systems (AWS, Azure, GovCloud) and supporting operational security teams
Strong understanding of security architecture, identity and access management, and encryption
