Job Title: Intern Location: Orlando, FL - Onsite

The Andor Health Summer Intern will support the team in researching, designing, improving, and building digital healthcare solutions, including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Virtual Visits, Virtual Rounding, and Virtual Consult workflows, Virtual Nursing, and Specialty Services. The role is tailored to each student by allowing them to choose which “pods” they want to work in. A pod is a specific team that interns will work with; for example, Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, Computer Science (Engineering), Data Science (Machine Learning/AI Algorithms), Sales, and Operations. Each student can choose to work in up to three pods, or in only one.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis

• Create decks to describe the competitive landscape and market size.
• Learn how to present and speak to executive leadership to describe possible avenues for new business development.
• Work directly with the sales team to learn all product use cases and translate them into a competitive analysis presentation for the leadership team.

Business Analysis

Support Data Teams on the following:

• Understanding the Data (Ex, what tables do we have, what data can we use to give clients information, etc.)
• Building Visual Representations (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.)
• Creating Client-Friendly Visuals (Transforming the Power BI report to show KPI’s that customers/clients are looking for)
• Presentation Skills (Learn to present data reports from a layman’s perspective)

Product Management

• Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, and clinical operations teams.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback from patients, providers, and operations.
• Help analyze adoption metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to create wireframes or mockups (Figma preferred).
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (standups, backlog grooming, reviews).

Computer Science (Engineering)

• Work directly with the engineering teams to help create groundbreaking AI-based healthcare Solutions.
• Ability to code in:

· Backend: C#

· Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript

Data Science (Machine Learning/AI Algorithms)

• Proficiency in Python and experience in prompt engineering.
• LLM Evaluation and Data Science Concepts are also preferred.
• Ability to code in:

· Python

· SQL

· R

· JavaScript

Sales & Operations

• Work towards pitching a full sales deck while fielding questions.
• Ability to create and mold relationships across vast geographic areas.
• Familiarity with public speaking.
• Familiarity with working in teams.
• Ability to craft sales decks.
