Job Title: Data Entry & Order Entry Assistant

Pay: $24.00/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Looking for a flexible office role with the potential for long-term growth? Join a local Springfield team as a temporary Data Entry & Order Entry Assistant, where you’ll support daily administrative operations as needs arise.

As a Data Entry & Order Entry Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office by handling essential administrative tasks. You'll work closely with team members to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively, making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a Data Entry & Order Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing data entry and managing digital and paper documents accurately for purchasing department
  • Typing, formatting, and preparing various documents as needed
  • Filing and organizing office records to ensure easy access and confidentiality
  • Supporting additional office functions through cross-training and multitasking
  • Assisting team members with general administrative duties to ensure office productivity
  • Reviewing insurance documents, files, and lease information for accuracy and completeness
