Job descriptionResponsible for updating and maintaining the biographical aspects of the Foundation's database of records. Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of prospect biographical data. Assist in providing documentation of and recommending changes to guidelines while working with other Foundation users to ensure that guidelines are followed. Entails a high volume of data entry verification, research, information retrieval, coding, and correction with limited supervision. Support the Foundation and other departments with document imaging needs. Organized, accountable, and prompt professionals who pay exceptional attention to detail, meet deadlines, and can effectively prioritize competing priorities. Positive, engaged team-players who thrive on building an engaging workplace and celebrating successes. Process driven, detail-oriented individuals who can systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. Self-starters who take initiative and can manage multiple responsibilities. Adaptable, flexible individuals who can adjust to changing priorities, while being able to prioritize competing demands. Analytical, inquisitive individuals with creative problem-solving skills. Minimum Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. Minimum Experience : 1-3 years of experience in computer operations with an advanced knowledge of database, query, spreadsheet and word processing. Computer skills including data entry and electronic file organization, with Microsoft Office experience preferred. Ability to learn new software applications, maintain orderly records, communicate effectively with colleagues and the public. Discretion in handling confidential matters. Demonstrated strong oral and written communications. Candidates will also be evaluated on our core values of passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork.
