CNC Programmer CNC Programmer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming techniques and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes including milling and 5-axis machining.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate programming instructions.
- Set up and configure CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper tooling and materials are in place.
- Conduct test runs of programs to ensure quality and precision standards are met, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs and machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
