Your Profile

  • 23+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare is preferred; however, a willingness to learn will also be embraced as we guide you.
  • Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Skilled in navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our platform).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to foster long-term growth.
