We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Portugal.
Technical requirements :
- Proven experience and qualifications in the configuration, support and operations of ServiceNow.
- Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is mandatory.
- At least one of the following certifications on ServiceNow : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist certification in IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Customer Service Management as well as the Micro Certification - Service Portal.
- Proven experience of working with ITSM and CSM tools.
- Working experience with leading / best practices and implementation methodologies such as ServiceNow Assure and Now Create.
- Experience of collaboration with ServiceNow Expert Services would be of added value.
- Proven experience of integrating, configuring and managing legacy, COTS and Cloud-based migrations for products other than ServiceNow.
- Proven experience of working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
