Role Overview
The Digital Product Owner supports the development of new features and functionality for client systems. As a member of the One10 Digital team, the Digital Product Owner collaborates with the client, One10 Account Directors, One10 Customer Success, to understand the client’s needs and opportunities. They build and maintain the client implementation backlog and create supporting artifacts including internal and external requirements. The Digital Product Owner is an integral member of the Digital team and provides support for development and operational activities.
Scope of Work
- Understand the client’s business, customer feedback, market trends and usage data. Collaborate with the client, the Account Director and Customer Success to identify opportunities for improvement or new feature development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate client business needs into a backlog. Support the Technical Project / Program Manager, Account Director and Customer Success to prioritize the backlog.
- Write User Stories, Features & Epics as well as Non-functional Requirements based on customer and client needs. Refine requirements in collaboration with clients and all One10 stakeholders. Collaborate with Digital team Business Analysts.
- Collaborate with the Digital team throughout development, serving as a conduit to the client. Participate in backlog grooming, prioritization, release planning, sprint reviews and other Digital team activities.
- Provide support to the Technical Project / Program Manager, who manages the Digital team workload and workplans.
- Serve as an SME on system features and data, supporting internal and external stakeholders with operational questions or inquiries as needed.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $120,000- $140,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
