Job descriptionMentor and support the growth of digital planning talent while enhancing cross-functional alignment. Collaborate with internal teams including creative, media, and analytics to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence and consistency. Lead strategic planning sessions, establish campaign direction, and align cross-functional teams from concept through launch. Manage pre-production planning and execution across multiple brands and digital activations. Deliver executive-ready campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations. Leverage digital analytics tools to evaluate performance and consumer behavior, turning data into strategy. Provide actionable insights that optimize future campaigns and enhance digital investment efficiency. Stay ahead of trends and tools that elevate digital performance planning. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, integrated marketing planning, or brand strategy. Demonstrated success building and executing digital campaigns across social, paid media, and owned channels. Strong understanding of the consumer journey within the digital ecosystem. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Sitting at the intersection of Brand Marketing and Digital, this role serves as the key connector-translating campaign briefs into robust, insight-led tactical plans that deliver business impact and consumer relevance.
