Metz Environmental Services is growing and we have a great opportunity for a STELLAR Director of EVS in busy healthcare setting. We are seeking a leader who shares our passion for superior services, and a motivating management style that challenges, mentors, develops and retains outstanding hourly Team Members.
The EVS Director / GM will ensure that the facility is in functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Patients, Residents and Guests.
Every single TEAM member of the Metz EVS Division contributes to the success of the organization and shares our VALUES including Hospitality, Balance, Fun Respect and Quality so bring a SMILE and strong work ethic and add to the ZIP of an energetic and motivated team!
Skills And Experience
3-5 Years of EVS Management Experience
Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance procedures
Strong work ethic and Team Player
Amazing Leadership and Mentoring skills
Strong Computer and Administrative Skills
Experienced employee management, accounting, HR functions
Experience Managing a budget and purchasing
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar desired
Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS Industry language
