Job description
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering (Real-Time, Scalable Cloud Services). Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable, real-time cloud services that handle millions of requests per second Continuously optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services Lead and mentor engineering teams while implementing best practices for distributed systems and cloud infrastructure Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering focused on real-time, low-latency cloud services Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Python, and Javascript / Typescript / React; Go or Rust experience is a plus Deep understanding of real-time systems architecture and large-scale distributed systems Strong background in cloud infrastructure, preferably Digital Ocean, with experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure Proficiency in Linux system operations and experience with monitoring and logging tools
