Etico Stucco / Drywall, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial field operations. We’re a fast-paced, quality-driven construction company committed to safety, craftsmanship, and strong leadership in the field.
If you're a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting the job done right, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all site construction activities and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Lead and manage field crews, assigning tasks and mentoring team members
- Interpret plans / layouts and ensure quality workmanship and code compliance
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues
- Support and guide crews in a way that builds strong morale and performance
