Oversees the successful delivery of Self-Perform Work (SPW) projects by leading scope, schedule, cost, and quality management across multiple related scopes, multiple projects and teams, or a single large scale/complex scope. Applies advanced technical expertise and field management experience to plan and execute complex SPW operationsincluding concrete, drywall, framing, and other tradesensuring alignment with DPR Construction's standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Leads and develops SPW project teams to drive high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in self-perform delivery. Engages in resource strategy, partner relationship management, and business unit objectives to advance DPR's capabilities as a whole and contribute to excellent project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience: 1012 years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field supervision required. 5 or more years of experience managing Self-Perform Work (SPW) projects or trades such as concrete, drywall, or framing required.
Certifications and Licenses: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
