How You Stand Out:

• Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification and NATE certifications are a big plus —or the drive to earn them!
• Experience Background in basic construction or related trades.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation or similar fields is a bonus but not required—we value fast learners ready to grow.
• Proven success working in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.
• Skills Strong customer service and listening skills to ensure a great client experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on follow-up and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

• Installation : Install HVAC systems, components, and ductwork in residential settings, ensuring precision and quality workmanship.

System Testing :

• Perform system checks and tests to ensure installations are functioning properly and meet industry standards.

Customer Interaction :

• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide system demonstrations.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with fellow technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion and a positive customer experience.

Scheduling and Coordination :

• Maintain organized schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Tool and Equipment Management :

• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
