About Our Client
We're representing a fast-growing SF-based startup. They've successfully scaled their team with multiple strategic hires over the past year and are now expanding their Ops organization.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an exceptional Engagement Manager to join them in scaling the company and managing ops. If you're energized by the idea of working alongside ambitious founders and supporting a product used by the top startups across the world, we want to meet you. As Engagement Manager, you will be "mission control" for the startup's leadership team. From their Bay Area HQ, you'll keep the team on schedule and have a front-row seat to the future of recruiting.
What You'll Do
- Masterfully orchestrate complex calendars, travel, and logistics for our founders
- Coordinate and execute high-impact meetings and events, from investor meetings to company off-sites
- Handle confidential information about our AI technology and partnerships with complete discretion
- Lead projects to enhance company culture and team effectiveness
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support, including reception, database management, data entry
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Facilitate a wonderful in-person work environment as our primary office manager
- Monitor and manage communications channels, ensuring prompt responses and prioritizing urgent matters
