  • Working alongside our Transportation Brokers, you will manage active loads, leverage high-speed tech tools, and ensure our supply chains run without a hitch.

How You’ll Make an Impact Master the Logistics Lifecycle:

  • Efficiently build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within our digital platforms.

Keep Freight Moving:

  • Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time, critical updates to shippers and customers.

Carrier Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Build strong relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity.

Maintain Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure seamless record-keeping with exceptional attention to detail by requesting and verifying insurance certificates, handling rate confirmations, and keeping carrier resources updated.

Streamline Operations & Finance:

  • Support branch accounting by matching invoices, issuing Com-checks or Quick Pays, and leveraging digital tools to keep daily office workflows running smoothly.

Deliver 5-Star Service:

  • Uphold our company principles (Customer, Company, Office) by delivering high-touch customer support at every turn.

What You Bring to the Team Tech-Savvy & Adaptive:

  • You aren't afraid of modern technology—you actively embrace high-speed tech and digital tools to streamline your day.

Google Suite Proficiency:

  • Strong, practical command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
