Your Daily Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Team Supervisor, you will support a retail office throughout tax season, ensuring outstanding client service and operational direction. Your part-time schedule will start in late fall, transitioning to full-time from January through April during the busy tax season.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing teams.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Contributions to the Team

  • Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader by being a primary contact for associates and clients, ensuring top-notch execution and promoting the H&R Block value.
  • Oversee all tax office associates for their customer service delivery, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Act as a point of contact for any escalated client service concerns.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and resolve conflicts, involving the Multi-Unit Team Leader or District General Manager as needed.
  • Engage with clients at the front desk, offering an exceptional experience.
  • Coordinate daily activities, ensuring associates are properly scheduled and all tasks are completed efficiently, meeting quality and deadlines.
  • Lead daily huddles to communicate critical information with office associates.
  • Your Expertise

  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage office operations.
  • Customer-focused approach and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible in working a 40-hour schedule as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
