The RN Resident will provide high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with department requirements and professional nursing standards. Collaborating with medical staff and the care team, you will offer individualized, compassionate care through established nursing practices such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. Advocacy for patients, families, and caregivers is a key component of this role.
