We offer an exciting and demanding work environment that rewards team members who have a high sense of urgency, a strong ability to execute and complete tasks on target with high quality and compliance standardsJob Responsibilities: Analyze multiple types of data files, identify issues, and make suitable adjustments Perform duties related to data exchange internally and externally with all clients and third-party vendors; including client requests, report creation and certification Extract data and import into proprietary software and trouble shoot issues Reconcile inventory and balances across multiple portfolios and clients Maintain system log for efficient follow-up to inquiries Simultaneously handle multiple clients and/or job functions on a routine basis Document new and existing processes for reference, audits, and improvement Perform routine data cleanup and ensure data accuracy Support Management with other duties as assigned Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy High degree of attention to detail. Understanding of the collection industry's rules and regulations.
