We are seeking an Entry Level Civil / Enviromental Engineer to help on water and watewater project in the El Paso area and around Texas.

• Responsibilities
• Performing engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure
• Work on engineering planning and design projects
• Prepare reports
• Develop plans and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects
• System modeling
• Permitting and alternative analysis
• Preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables
• Data entry and analysis
• Provide engineering services during construction
• Participate in field activities such as pilot testing
• Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum academic requirements include coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design
• 0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering
• Engineer-in-Training Certification
• Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Preferred Qualifications
• Masters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Familiarity with computer applications including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and water and sewer hydraulic calculations / modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM)
• Pay Range

An employees pay will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
