Crop insurance farm management

We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Crop Insurance Farm Management. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to further their career in crop insurance sales within a reputable company in the agricultural industry.

Position responsibilites:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector

- Provide expert advice on crop insurance options and coverage

- Conduct risk assessments and analysis for individual farming operations

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies

- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to crop insurance

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in crop insurance sales

- Strong knowledge of ag banking and farm management practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
