Role Summary :

This role combines accounting, financial planning, and strategic decision support to optimize financial performance. It involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnership, primarily supporting Technology departments. The position ensures compliance with financial policies, provides insights into financial performance, and supports strategic initiatives.

Must-Haves :

• 8+ years of financial analysis experience, including management-level work
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Expertise in GAAP, FASB, and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (Workday a plus)
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance
