Job Summary :
onsemi , a large, multinational supplier of energy-efficient products, is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Corporate Finance team. As a Sr. Principle Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity work with our corporate finance leadership and the leadership of many functions around the company to drive the strategic and operational forecasting of the company as well as work on ongoing corporate initiatives designed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole organization. Working at our corporate headquarters, you will also have opportunities to engage with the finance management team and work on several key initiatives to help drive improvements within the finance function and share best-practice experiences to improve our use of rolling forecasts, Oracle EPM, and various other finance tools.
Performance Objectives
- Meet with departmental leaders to update quarterly forecasts used for management reporting (Finance & Government Relations)
- Collaborate with shared service teams globally to drive additional reporting and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with finance management and our global finance team to improve the outcome of finance-driven initiatives
- Drive process improvements and use of machine learning embedded in company-owned tools to improve forecast accuracy and variance reporting
- Manage capital approval process, capital spend tracking, and internal capital approval tool
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
