Job description
A company is looking for a Proofpoint Data Protection Engineer to support and manage email security technologies in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer, deploy, and support Proofpoint technologies for a healthcare organization
Administer and support a full Proofpoint deployment, including email protection and data loss prevention
Investigate and respond to email security incidents such as phishing and malware
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or 2-3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity
2-3 years of engineering level experience with Proofpoint email security products
Strong knowledge of Proofpoint products and administration
Experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and cloud)
Understanding of email protocols (SMTP, TLS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
