Job descriptionLead energizing, safe, and effective group fitness classes. Connect with participants and deliver a motivating experience. Prepare music, choreography, and class structure in advance. Certification in group fitness or specific formats (e.g., Zumba, Les Mills, Yoga). Ability to engage and inspire participants of all fitness levels. Reliable, enthusiastic, and punctual. Integrity – We do what’s right, not what’s easy. Service – We put our teammates and members first in every interaction. Courage – We lead with strength, even in uncertainty. Responsibility – We take ownership of our roles, results, and relationships. Passion – We bring energy, purpose, and positivity to every space we enter. A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (ex., NASM, ISSA, ACE). CPR certified. 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes. GED or High School diploma.
