Position Overview :

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Amped Fitness, you will be at the heart of our mission to help others and change lives. This position is about much more than just a job—it's about relentless personal and professional development. You’ll embody the full culture of the organization, take extreme ownership, and learn the process of leading from the front. There is no timeline for growth as an AGM; it’s about out-working everyone and proving that you have the hustle and determination to thrive in a "pressure cooker" role. This “pressure cooker” term, by design, is to create leaders who will one day be our GMs, and who understand that it’s not a matter of if they will succeed, but when. These individuals do not necessarily know everything but are confident in their ability to become the best at anything that they put their mind to. Your role will require a passion for continuous development , both for yourself and for your team. You will learn the process of assisting trainers , conduct new member assessments , and create a supportive community by also training clients .
