Job descriptionOwnership of Accounts : You retain ownership of accounts you generate. Competitive Commissions : Transparent commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Agency Support : Access to office space, quoting systems, and administrative resources (optional rental fees may apply). Training and Development : Resources to help you succeed and grow your business. Flexible Work Environment : Control your own schedule and work location. Freedom to work independently without the constraints of an employee-employer relationship. Opportunity to contract for similar services with other organizations (excluding agencies competing directly with Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions). No requirement to work fixed hours or locations. Contractors are responsible for all business-related expenses, excluding E&O insurance if provided by the agency. Contractors will not be eligible for agency-provided benefits, including pension plans, bonuses, or health insurance. Current and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License. Proven sales ability and a strong network of potential clients. Commitment to upholding Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions' standards of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Errors & Omissions insurance coverage (may be provided under the agencys master policy).

Key Responsibilities :
- Sell and service insurance products, including commercial lines, personal lines, and payroll services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored coverage solutions.
- Prospect and generate leads to expand your client base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve your clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with agency policies.
