Pay Rate : $16 hour
Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Work a switchboard / multi-line phone system
- First point of contact for calls / visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sense of urgency
- Able to interact with the customers on phone and internal service team
- Previous experience working a switchboard or as a receptionist
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer centric mindset, good communication skills and personable / friendly demeanor
