• You will be responsible for facilitating patient transfer in accordance with policy and procedure.
• You will assure standards of performance are maintained as they relate to each individual department, with patient safety as the primary goal.
• You will display appropriate level of management acumen in effective conflict resolution involving staff, physicians or customers.
• You will exercise independent judgment within the context of interdisciplinary patient care.
• You will have the general clinical responsibility for patient care departments for a specific shift.
