Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Independent Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across various industries. You’ll work closely with our team to fill roles efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality hires.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiations.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future roles.
• Provide regular progress updates and candidate reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage ATS tools to track and manage candidate submissions (optional, based on provided access).
