Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in consultations, admissions, and treatment planning for patients recovering from complex conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and orthopedic issues. Mentor and supervise mid-level providers and residents, fostering a learning environment (as applicable). Perform procedures including EMG, joint injections, and pain management interventions (preferred but not mandatory). Utilize Epic EMR for efficient and precise documentation.
