Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Olathe, KS! The Inside Sales Representative should have strong sales and customer service skills and will support the sales team through calling existing and potential national customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicate with customers to identify sales opportunities, resolve issues, and provide consultative sales support.
- Proactively engage with accounts to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for additional products or services, address ongoing needs, and ensure overall satisfaction with the company's offerings.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily to ensure accurate and current customer data.
- Conduct timely follow-up activities to advance and close sales opportunities.
- Prepare, detail, and submit accurate and competitive final proposals to customers.
- Consistently work toward and achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Complete projects on time and within budgeted costs.
- Provide support on sales projects and initiatives as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative by continuously learning and applying new sales strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Share product knowledge and aid team members across the office and region when needed.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
